BACOLOD City – An epileptic man was found dead by his father in Purok Cosmos, Barangay Calumangan, Bago City, Negros Occidental.
The 18-year-old Jonard Barioga of Purok Nipa, Barangay Busay, Bago City was lying on his belly on a vacant lot when Jonny, 39, discovered him around 6 a.m. on Aug. 27, a police report showed.
