ILOILO City – Operatives of the local police’s Anti-Illegal Gambling Task Force arrested four men for alleged violation of Presidential Decree 1602.
Police Officer 2 Rolan Dela Cruz and Police Officer 2 Kristine Mae Losala caught the following playing and betting on billiards around 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday in X Cue at La Paz Kichenette in Barangay Railway, La Paz district:
- Jason Mendote, 26, of Barangay San Rafael, Mandurriao

Levi Lacanaria, 40, of Barangay McArthur, La Paz

Carl Eric Capagal, 30, of Barangay Barrio Obrero, Lapuz

Ryan Domanillo, 32, of Barangay Railway, La Paz
A set of billiard balls, two billiard sticks, and bet money amounting to P2,000 were seized, a police report showed.
Those arrested were hauled to the La Paz police station custodial facility./PN
