ILOILO City – Separate undercover police operations in Molo and Arevalo districts led to the arrest of two suspected illegal drug peddlers.
Resident Eric Pragados, 22, was caught in Barangay San Juan, Molo and detained at the district police station.
He sold a sachet of shabu to a poseur buyer for P1,600 around 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 29, a police report showed.
Ten more sachets of the same substance were seized from the construction worker.
Some three hours later, around 10 p.m., another drug suspect was apprehended in Barangay Santo Niño Norte, Arevalo.
The 26-year-old Arlene Vargas was a resident of Barangay Villamonte, Bacolod City.
Vargas sold a sachet of shabu to an undercover officer for P350, a police report showed. She was detained at the Arevalo police station./PN
