BACOLOD City – After refusing to lend his motorcycle, a laborer was stabbed by another in Barangay Magballo, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.

The 25-year-old Keven Amit wanted to fix his motorcycle, which was having a mechanical problem, and asked Louan Sarmoy, 49, if he could borrow the latter’s.
