BACOLOD City – Officers of the Hinigaran and Isabela police stations arrested a man with pending estafa and swindling cases on Magallanes Street in Barangay Poblacion 8, Isabela, Negros Occidental.
Police brought the 26-year-old Dennis Carampatan to the Isabela police station around 4:45 p.m. on Monday, a police report showed.
Carampatan was facing estafa and swindling charges in Hingaran, according to Chief Inspector Jake Barilla of the town’s police station.
Recovered from Carampatan were illegal drug paraphernalia, three cellphones, a bullet, two sim cards and P5,000 cash./PN
