BACOLOD City – An illegal drug buy-bust operation netted a man in Barangay 3, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental. A gun and bullets were confiscated from him.
Resident Jose Johnny “Bontog” Pamilar was caught after selling shabu to a poseur buyer for P500 on Oct. 11, a police report showed.
Pamilar was taken to the San Carlos City police station around 4:30 p.m.
When frisked, Pamilar yielded three more sachets of shabu valued at P1,250 and a .45-caliber pistol loaded with three live bullets.
Police also confiscated Pamilar’s motorcycle and P1,200 cash.
Pamilar was detained and facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 and the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
