BACOLOD City – A man found a fetus in Hitalon River in Barangay Tinampaan, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Resident Cerilo Ore reported to the police after discovering the fetus.
The Cadiz City police station then informed the City Health Office (CHO).
The fetus – which the CHO said is a boy – was still intact.
Ore saw the fetus stuck on a twig that is being carried away by the water current, police said.
Officers from the Cadiz City police station Women and Children’s Protection Desk were still investigating./PN
