ILOILO City – Charged with violation of Republic Act (RA) 7832, a resident of Zone 1, Barangay Rizal Pala-pala, City Proper was arrested.
Officers served the 38-year-old Corazon Tan an arrest warrant yesterday and detained the suspect at the Police Station 1 custodial facility.
RA 7832 is the Anti-Electricity and Electric Transmission Lines/Materials Pilferage Act of 1994.
The court issued the warrant on Oct. 10 and recommended a bail bond of P24,000. (Panay Balita/PN)
