ILOILO City – Armando Villarde has been charged with reckless imprudence resulting to homicide and serious physical injuries.
Police arrested the 42-year-old in his house in Barangay Tiza, Roxas City.
Villarde was detained at the custodial facility of the Roxas City police station.
Officers served him a warrant of arrest at around 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, a police report showed.
Villarde may be spared from detention if he pays the P50,000 bail bond recommended by the court.
It was not clear as of this writing whether or not the suspect has posted bail./PN
