BACOLOD City – A teenaged girl was held up along 20th Lacson Street in Barangay 4, a police report showed.
She was the 19-year-old Ria Jane Gamboa of Manapla, Negros Occidental, police said,
Gamboa said she was walking along the street with a friend when the 28-year-old Antonio Dipon of Barangay 16 pointed a bladed weapon at her back and declared holdup on Dec. 14.
Gamboa gave her black leather bag containing P12,000 cash and an automated teller machine card to Dipon.
Officers from Police Station 4 arrested Dipon.
Dipon was detained at the police station’s lockup facility but has posted bail./PN
