Superintendent Frankie Lugo, office-in-charge of the Tanjay City police station, identified the man as the 39-year-old Elwood Miraflor of Barangay Poblacion 7, Tanjay City.
Tanjay City police served Miraflor the warrants both issued by Judge Winston Villegas of the Regional Trial Court Branch 43 in Dumaguete City around 9 a.m. on Dec. 15 at the Tanjay City police station lockup facility.
