BACOLOD City – Police arrested a man in a drug buy-bust operation in Purok Balungay, Barangay Tabigue, EB Magalona, Negros Occidental.
Senior Inspector Rhojn Darell Nigos, officer-in-charge of the EB Magalona police station, identified the man as the 41-year-old resident Raffy Balibalos.
Balibalos was arrested around 9:25 p.m. on Monday, a police report showed.
Recovered from him were a sachet of shabu and P250 marked money.
When frisked, Balibalos yielded six more sachets of shabu valued at P6,000 and drug paraphernalia, police said.
Balibalos was detained at the EB Magalona police station lockup facility and facing charges for violation of Section 11 of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
