BACOLOD City – Residents found a dead body of a woman in Barangay Guadalupe, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
San Carlos City police identified the woman as 84-year-old resident Victorina Hintel.
Hintel’s body was discovered on Dec. 18, the report stated.
The residents said Hintel was suffering from mental illness.
The police have yet to confirm this, though, they said.
Based on initial investigation, Hintel left her house on Dec. 15 and never came back.
