BACOLOD City – Officers from Police Station 2 caught in a drug buy-bust operation a resident of Barangay 2.
The 38-year-old Celso “Boy Laway” Ortizano was arrested after he sold shabu to a poseur-buyer for P700 on Dec. 28, a police report showed.
Police recovered from Ortizano’s possession several sachets of shabu.
Ortizano was detained at the Police Station 2 lockup facility and facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
