ILOILO City – A “minor” hurt a 19-year-old man in La Paz district, a police report showed.
John Rey Villagracia, 19, and brother John Paul, 22, told the police that three people were following them while they were at the La Paz public plaza at around 10:20 p.m. on March 30.
They identified the three as Ador Tolunes, 21, and “Panot,” 23 – both of Barangay Rizal, La Paz – and a minor.
The brothers said they then went to the La Paz public market in Barangay Railway.
While there, the minor struck John Rey, causing a laceration on his right eyebrow, the police report stated.
Police referred the incident to the barangay lupon. They also advised John Rey to seek medical treatment./PN
