BACOLOD City – Charged with four counts of rape, a man was arrested in Purok Nursery, Barangay East, Candoni, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
The 22-year-old resident Rogien Claud Pineda caught around 8 p.m. on Thursday on the strength of an arrest warrant that Judge Oscar Leo Billena of the Regional Trial Court Branch 66 in Barotac Viejo, Iloilo issued on May 30.
Pineda faces criminal cases Nos. 2018-8588, 2018-8589, 2018-8590, and 2018-8591.
He was detained at the Candoni municipal police station lockup facility.
Pineda will be transferred to the Barotac Viejo police station, police said./PN
