GUIMARAS – Charged with rape, a man was arrested in Barangay Cabano in San Lorenzo town.
He was the 32-year-old resident Andy Salem, a police report showed.
Officers from the municipal police station caught Salem around 7:45 a.m. on Sunday on the strength of an arrest warrant that Judge Rosario Abigail Dris Villanueva of the Regional Trial Court Branch 65 issued on July 5, 2017.
Salem was detained the San Lorenzo police station lockup facility./PN
