BACOLOD City – He is listed as the No. 1 most wanted person in the municipal police station of Candoni, Negros Occidental.
The 20-year-old Rolando Dela Cruz was arrested on Tuesday at his residence in Barangay Agboy, Candoni, police said.
Officers from the Candoni police station served Dela Cruz with an arrest warrant the court issued in relation to his frustrated homicide charge.
Dela Cruz was detained at the police station’s lockup facility.
Judge Rodney Magbanua of Regional Trial Court Branch 61 in Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental recommended a P24,000 bail bond for Dela Cruz’s temporary liberty./PN
