BACOLOD City – A man was found dead in the middle of a village road in Hacienda Carmenchica, Barangay Don Salvador Benedicto, Pontevedra, Negros Occidental.
With a bloodied head, the 44-year-old Richard Hagonog Bello of Barangay Roberto S. Benedicto, La Carlota City was lying next to his motorcycle, a witness told the police.
Tricycle driver Stephen Moidan reported to the police after finding the body at around 6 a.m. Wednesday.
Initial police investigation showed his blue Rusi 100 motorcycle crashed on the rough barangay road, causing him to fall and smack his head on the ground./PN
