BACOLOD City – A rape suspect was arrested in Barangay Mambulac, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Herman Gumban was listed as the No. 1 most wanted person at the Silay City police station.
Officers served him a warrant of arrest for two counts of rape on Wednesday, a police report showed.
Gumban, a resident of Barangay Guinhalaran, Silay City, was detained at the Silay City police station.
Judge Dyna Doll Chiongson-Trocio of the Regional Trial Court Branch 40 (Silay City) issued the warrant. The court did not set a bail bond./PN
