BACOLOD City – Police arrested a man facing child abuse charges in Barangay Bocana, Ilog, Negros Occidental.
The 25-year-old resident John Ray Villaester was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant, a police report showed.
Officers of the municipal police station served the warrant issued by Judge Beatrice Caunan-Medina of the Regional Trial Court Branch 75 in San Mateo, Rizal dated April 11, 2019.
Villaester was detained in the custodial facility of the Ilog police station, set to be transferred to the San Mateo police station./PN
