BACOLOD City – One person was killed and two others were injured in a road crash in Barangay Lag-asan, Bago City, Negros Occidental.
The 35-year old Renan Namo of Barangay Bagroy, Bago City died of serious injuries, a police report showed.
According to police investigation, Renan was driving his motorcycle with his 22-year-old wife Phasel and 10-year-old son Jhorence Kyle as back riders when an unidentified motorcycle passed over them.
Renan lost control and crashed against a jackfruit tree around 6:25 a.m. on July 26, the report added.
Phasel and Jhorence sustained minor injuries on the body, police said.
They were brought to the Bago City District Hospital where the attending physician declared Renan “dead on arrival.”/PN
