BACOLOD City – An unidentified man who was believed to have drowned was found dead in Barangay Zone 1, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
The victim was found floating in the sea by resident Jimmy Gonzaga around 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 19, a police report showed.
Police said the man was wearing a white t-shirt and violet jersey shorts. He was estimated to be 25 to 30 years old and stands about 5 feet.
He was brought to the Cadiz City Emergency Clinic where the attending physician declared him “dead on arrival.”
Officers of the Cadiz City police station have yet to identify the victim and the cause of his death./PN
