ILOILO City – He was found dead hanging from a tree in Sitio Pasong, Barangay Jovellar, Igbaras, Iloilo.
The 38-year-old resident Arnaldo Estoesta was believed to have committed suicide, police said.
Estoesta’s lifeless body was discovered hanging from a tree with a nylon rope tied around his neck around 12:30 p.m. on Monday, the police added.
Officers of the Igbaras municipal police station have yet to rule out foul play in the incident./PN
