ILOILO City – He was found dead hanging inside his room in Barangay Bulad, Guimbal, Iloilo, police said.
The victim who was only identified as a certain “Toto” was believed to have committed suicide, a police report showed.
Toto’s lifeless body was discovered by his father around 12 p.m. on Nov. 30, it added.
Police investigators said prior to the incident, the father heard his son having an argument with his girlfriend over the phone.
Officers of the Guimbal police station have yet to rule out foul play in the victim’s death./PN
