BACOLOD City – A man was shot dead in Barangay 2, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
The 35-year-old John Artisano sustained a gunshot wound on the neck, a police report showed.
According to police investigators, the victim was shot by an unidentified suspect around 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 11.
Artisano was rushed to the Lorenzo Zayco District Hospital in Kabankalan City where the attending physician declared him “dead on arrival.”
Officers of the Kabankalan City police station have yet to identify the suspect and the motive of the incident as of this writing./PN
