BACOLOD City – The court recommended a P40,000 bail bond for the temporary liberty of a man facing illegal drug charges in Barangay To-oy, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
Resident Nevin Docto, 37, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant on April 14, a police report showed.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Walter Zorilla of the Regional Trial Court Branch 55 in Himamaylan City.
Docto was detained in the Himamaylan City police station’s custodial facility./PN
