ILOILO City – Authorities arrested a man tagged as the No. 2 most wanted fugitive in Iloilo province.
The 36-year-old Severino Sangrador of Barangay Sagrada Familia, Dumarao, Capiz has been hiding from the police for about 11 years.
He was caught in Barangay Tagubing, Passi City around 3 p.m. on April, 19, a police report showed.
Sangrador’s apprehension was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Rene Hortillo of the Regional Trial Court.
Iloilo Police Provincial Office director, Colonel Paul Anthony Lucas, said the suspect – charged with robbery and murder – was detained in the lockup cell of Passi City police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
