ILOILO City – Charged with theft, a man was arrested in Barangay Tahing, Calinog, Iloilo.
The 47-year-old Panfilo Agudez, a resident of the village, was caught on Tuesday.
Agudez’s apprehension was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Maria Yvete Go of the Regional Trial Court Branch 37.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Calinog municipal police station.
A P40,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
