BACOLOD City – The hospital was where a man landed after he got stabbed in Barangay 1.
Resident Jun Tinosan was recuperating at the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital in this city. He sustained a stab wound on the chest, a police report showed.
The suspect was identified as 30-year-old Randy Dela Cruz, also a resident of the village.
According to police investigators, the incident happened around 5 p.m. on June 23.
Dela Cruz and Tinosan figured in a heated argument.
However, it was not immediately established what triggered the altercation.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 1, facing charges./PN
