ILOILO City – The motorcycle he was driving crashed against a passenger jeepney in Barangay Cagamutan Sur, Leganes, Iloilo.
The 30-year-old John Peter Solinap of Barangay Dangulan, Anilao, Iloilo sustained fatal injuries on the body, a police report showed.
The crash happened around 3:15 p.m. on June 27.
The jeepney driver was identified as 37-year-old Romeo Cataloctocan of Barangay Nanga, Pototan, Iloilo.
Solinap was brought to the Metro Iloilo Hospital and Medical Center where he died while being treated.
Cataloctocan, meanwhile, was detained in the custodial facility of the Leganes police station.
Charges for reckless imprudence resulting to homicide will be filed against him./PN
