ILOILO City – Three persons were hurt in a road accident in Barangay Tabugon, Dingle, Iloilo.
Resident Felipe Deano, 47; Ryan Danocup, 33, of Barangay Libo-o, Dingle; and Gilijune Banda, 38, of Barangay Licu-an, Dingle sustained body injuries, police said.
According to police investigators the incident happened around 5:45 a.m. on June 29.
The victims were walking when they were hit by a tricycle parked along the road which was bumped by a pickup truck driven by 49-year-old Paul Erly Hosenilla.
The victims were brought to the Iloilo Provincial Hospital in Pototan for medical treatment.
Hosenilla was detained in the custodial facility of the Dingle municipal police station, facing charges./PN
