BACOLOD City – He was listed as the No. 10 most wanted person in the municipal police station of Isabela, Negros Occidental.
The 52-year-old Rodolfo Perez was arrested at his residence in Barangay Cabcab, Isabela for the crime of frustrated homicide around 8:50 a.m. on July 29, police said.
Perez’s apprehension was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Mila Yap-Camiso of the Regional Trial Court Branch 74 in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental dated July 3, 2020.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the municipal police station.
The court recommended a P72,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
