ILOILO City – Fire totally gutted a house in Barangay Pasong, Igbaras, Iloilo.
The blaze began razing the house owned by Antonio Eslabra around 2 p.m. on Sept. 1, a police report showed.
Officers from the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) responded to the area and were able to put out the fire after several minutes.
Unattended cooking was the cause of the blaze, the BFP said.
The fire’s estimated cost of damage was still not available as of this writing./PN
