BACOLOD City – Charged with frustrated murder, a man was arrested in Barangay Bug-ang, Toboso, Negros Occidental.
Resident Alfredo Empase, Jr., 41, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 10 a.m. on Sept. 2, police said.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Danilo Amisola of the Regional Trial Court Branch 57 in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental dated Oct. 4, 2010.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Toboso municipal police station.
The court recommended a P200,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
