BACOLOD City – He was found dead in a river in Barangay Pahanocoy.
Police identified him as 49-year-old Eric Barabad, a resident of the village.
Barabad’s lifeless body was found with bruises on the chin and right arm around 8:40 a.m. on Sept. 3, a police report showed.
He was brought to a local mortuary for a “post-mortem” examination.
Officers of Police Station 8 have yet to rule out foul play in the incident./PN
