BACOLOD City – Four sachets of suspected shabu were seized in a sting operation in Barangay Buluangan, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
The San Carlos City police staged the entrapment operation that led to the arrest of 28-year-old Mariel Paslon.
Prior to her apprehension, Paslon allegedly sold a sachet of shabu to a poseur-buyer for P1,000 around 12:05 p.m. on Oct. 17.
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of the San Carlos City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
