BACOLOD City – A 38-year-old resident of Barangay 3 was apprehended over charges of violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Denny Rubaton was arrested around 8:10 p.m. on Oct. 17 in Barangay Pahanocoy.
His arrest was conducted on the strength of an arrest warrant that Judge Phoebe Gargantiel of the Regional Trial Court Branch 45 issued on May 22, 2020.
The suspect was taken to Police Station 8./PN
