BACOLOD City – Charged with rape, a man was nabbed in Barangay Talacagay, Hinobaan, Negros Occidental.
The Hinobaan police served Joart Alberio, 34, an arrest warrant around 3:16 p.m. on Oct. 23.
Judge Rodney Magbanua of the Regional Trial Court Branch 61 in Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental issued the warrant dated Feb. 28, 2020.
Alberio was detained in the lockup cell of municipal police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
