ILOILO City – A suspected drug pusher was arrested in an entrapment operation in Barangay Guinbatan, New Lucena, Iloilo.
He was Ronie Lorea, 33, a resident of the said village, police said.
A police asset initially bought from Lorea a sachet of suspected shabu for P1,000.
Eight more sachets of the prohibited substance valued at around P80,000 were recovered during Lorea’s arrest around 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 27.
Detained in the lockup cell of the New Lucena police station, the suspect faces charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
