ILOILO City – Policemen of Bingawan, Iloilo searched a house in Barangay Poblacion and recovered lose guns and ammunitions.
The subject of the raid, 29-year-old Jason Eulalio, was arrested and taken to the municipal police station yesterday.
Recovered from his possession were two units of a 12 gauge shotgun with six live bullets and 18 pieces of live ammunition for a .45-caliber pistol.
The suspect failed to produce papers attesting to the legality of his ownership of the pistol ammunition.
The raid was effected around 5:51 a.m. The police had a search warrant from the court.
Eulalio faces a charge for violation of Republic Act 10591 or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
