ILOILO City – Charged with domestic violence, a man was arrested in Barangay Talingting, Carles, Iloilo.
Rolly Balugal, 49, was a resident of Barangay Bito-on, Carles, a police report showed.
Policemen of Carles served Balugal a warrant of arrest around 6 a.m. on Nov. 9.
The suspect was detained in the municipal police station./PN
