ILOILO City – A gun and several live bullets were recovered from a house in Barangay Jibao-an, Pavia, Iloilo.
The house was owned by 39-year-old Michael Juarez, a police report showed.
Policemen of Pavia served Juarez with a search warrant around 1:10 p.m. on Dec. 10, the report added.
The court issued the warrant in relation to charges for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.
Recovered from his house were four live bullets of a shotgun, three live bullets of a .9mm-caliber gun, three fired cartridges of a .9mm-caliber, and an improvised shotgun.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the municipal police station./PN
