BACOLOD City – Charged with six counts of rape and homicide, a resident of Barangay Banago was arrested.
No bail bond was recommended for the temporary liberty of Jomil Caño, 23, a police report showed.
Armed with an arrest warrant, police caught Caño in Sipalay City, Negros Ocidental around 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 13.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Silay City police station for proper disposition. /PN
