ILOILO City – Inside a police station lockup facility was where a man landed on Christmas Day after authorities recovered from him an improvised gun and ammunition.
Michael Sollista was arrested in his residence in Barangay Preciosa, Sara, Iloilo around 6:30 a.m., a police report showed.
Recovered from Sollista was a 12-gauge shotgun loaded with several live bullets, the report added.
Policemen of Sara took the suspect in custody. He was facing charges for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
