ILOILO City – Charged with libel, a woman was arrested in Barangay Igtalonon, Igbaras, Iloilo.
The 60-year-old Estela Estaba was caught around 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 18, a police report showed.
Her apprehension was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant, the report added.
Estaba was detained in the municipal police station.
The court recommended a P30,000 bail bond for her temporary liberty. /PN
