BACOLOD City – Charged with murder, a man and his son were arrested in Barangay Daga, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Police identified the suspects as 65-year-old Ruperto Britania and his son 39-year-old Rodel, both residents of the city’s Barangay Sicaba.
They were caught on the strength of arrest warrant on Feb. 3, a police report showed.
The suspects were detained in the custodial facility of the Cadiz City police station.
The court recommended no bail bond for their temporary liberty./PN
