BACOLOD City – A man facing child abuse charges was arrested in Barangay Carabalan, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
Police identified him as 33-year-old resident Jhad Christopher Casiano.
He was arrested around 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 2, a police report showed.
Casiano was detained in the lockup cell of the Himamaylan City police station.
The court recommended an P80,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
