ILOILO City – Charged with three counts of rape by sexual assault, a laborer was arrested in Barangay Poblacion, Alimodian, Iloilo.
He was 26-year-old Larry Abioda, a resident of the town’s Barangay Malamhay, police said.
Abioda was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 11:30 a.m. on Feb. 22.
He was detained in the lockup facility of the municipal police station.
The court recommended a P180,000 each count for his temporary liberty./PN
