ILOILO City – Charged with grave threat, a man was arrested in Barangay Poblacion, Concepcion, Iloilo.
Kim Navarro, 47, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 7:35 a.m. on Feb. 25, police said.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the municipal police station.
A P36,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
